This mixture of boletus gives off absolutely exquisite rich and chocolatey aromas! Composed of a variety of the best boletus, this tasty mixture has no equal for giving umami to your dishes.
Additional information: The different boletus that are used in the composition of this mixture are hand-picked in the forest and meticulously dried. The result is tasty, high-quality dehydrated mushrooms that you can use in a wide variety of dishes all year round!
Directions for use: It is a rich, complex mixture that goes well with sauces, risottos and meats. It enhances the flavor of stews and adds a woody touch to warm salads.
Rehydrate the mushrooms in a liquid (water, broth, milk, wine, etc.) until they are full (the time varies depending on whether the liquid is hot or cold), then incorporate them into your recipe. Remember to recover the rehydration fluid, taking care to filter it; it's full of the good taste of mushrooms! If your recipe already contains liquid, there is no need to rehydrate the mushrooms beforehand.
Mushrooms can be used whole, cut into pieces or ground to a powder in a food processor.

All our products are available at the DIX30 branch. Additionally, orders placed online can be picked up in store.

Please note that we cannot accept the cancellation of an order once it has been processed. To make changes to your order, please contact us before your package ships. If your package has already been shipped, we recommend contacting the shipping distributor directly to update your shipping address.
If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or undeliverable, please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
