Les Mauvaises Herbes Lavender and Holy Basil Blue Night Latte is delicious and comforting. At nightfall, all you have to do is infuse this mixture of relaxing plants in your favorite vegetable drink to welcome sleep in a beautiful way. For a little change in the routine, try the rose and chamomile night latte !

Preparation :
For 375 ml of blue night latte...
1. In a saucepan, pour 375 ml of vegetable drink or milk over 1 tbsp. tablespoons herbal mixture. Heat over low heat while remembering the little joys of your day.
2. When the mixture begins to simmer, turn off the heat and leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes, during which time the place where the latte will be tasted should be well prepared.
3. Strain, add 1/2 tsp. blue pea powder and mix. ***The blue pea powder is in a transparent bag, directly in the bag!***
4. Sweeten to taste and enjoy.
5. Sleep.

Ingredients: Lavender buds (Lavandula x intermedia), holy basil leaves (Ocimum sanctum), blue pea powder (Clitoria ternatea).
Precautions: Can be consumed by children 6 years and older! We simply make a half portion. Holy basil may interact with blood thinners, antiplatelets, antidiabetics, and barbiturates. Holy basil is avoided as a precaution during pregnancy and lactation.
