Organic Sea Lettuce is an excellent source of protein, iron, calcium, magnesium, vitamin B12, iodine and fibre. This seaweed is picked by hand and is then dried, in order to preserve its flavors longer. However, you can rehydrate it in water for a few minutes if necessary.
