Bath Cupcakes are a bath bomb and a bubble bath in one. The base is the bath bomb. The frosting is the solid bubble bath.
Use the bath bomb like any other bath bomb.
Additional information: The bubble bath colors the bath water in addition to creating a beautiful foam. Scrub the bubble bath under tap water. When there is enough foam, place the bubble bath in a soap dish. There is no need to put the entire bubble bath under water. It can also be cut into small pieces and put in a strainer under tap water. The more water flows, the more foam!
