To warm the cushion:
Microwave: Heat on high power for 20 to 30 seconds.
Conventional oven: Heat for 10 minutes at 175°F. Do not use in a gas oven.
Caution: Be careful to avoid burning yourself. If you heat the cushion again while it is still lukewarm, the heating time should be shorter. Always check the temperature of the cushion on your wrist before putting it on a child. Never leave a child under 3 unattended with a cushion.
To cool the cushion:
Store the cushion in an airtight plastic bag in the freezer so it's ready to use cold. It is possible to heat the cushion even if it was in the freezer, the heating time will be slightly longer.

Remove the cover before washing it (in cold water, dry flat). The cushion inside is not washable in water but you can rub the fabric lightly with a damp cloth
