This is a preparation made from 100% natural foie gras and seasoning. Made using an artisanal method, with the greatest care, this block of foie gras is full of character and tradition that will delight all gourmets!
Additional storage information: Refrigerate for three hours before enjoying. Temper 15-20 minutes before opening the can to facilitate unmolding. Open both lids and gently push towards the widest part. The product will keep for 3-6 days in the refrigerator after opening.
Directions for use: Natural foie gras can be enjoyed with gingerbread or a slice of toast. You can add Fleur de sel, accompany it with onion confit, fruit jelly, fresh figs and pears.
Natural foie gras goes very well with Champagne, sweet white wines such as Sauternes and ice cider.

All our products are available at the DIX30 branch. Additionally, orders placed online can be picked up in store.

Please note that we cannot accept the cancellation of an order once it has been processed. To make changes to your order, please contact us before your package ships. If your package has already been shipped, we recommend contacting the shipping distributor directly to update your shipping address.
