Volunteers wanted - Expo Made in Quebec

We need humans ready to lend a hand during Signé Local's biggest event: the Expo Fait au Québec .

The event is in its second edition and takes place in the heart of Quartier DIX30 over four weekends. Here are the dates:

1. November 24-25-26, 2017;
2. December 1-2-3, 2017;
3. December 8-9-10, 2017;
4. December 15-16-17, 2017.

We need help during these hours:

• every Thursday for setting up and decorating the hall, to welcome exhibitors and offer them assistance in setting up their booths;
• every Friday morning, from 9:00 to 11:30 a.m. to continue setting up and help exhibitors set up booths;
• every Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. for the Expo;
• every Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. for the Expo;
• Sunday evening from 5 to 7 p.m. for the dismantling of the room.

We need help with these tasks:

• Installation and decoration of the room;
• Reception of exhibitors;
• Visitors' reception;
• Visitor Contest Attendant;
• Music;
• Attendant in the rest room and lunch boxes;
• Other related tasks.
