Shipping cost
1. Shipping Fees
- Shipping is free for any order of $50 or more (before taxes) within Quebec, and $100 or more within Canada.
*Quebec: $10 + taxes (exceptions may apply for remote regions)
*Canada: $20 + taxes
*United States: $40 + taxes
*Please note: This free shipping policy applies only to individual orders and cannot be used for corporate orders (e.g., one buyer for multiple addresses). We reserve the right to combine orders placed by the same client to prevent misuse of the policy.
For corporate orders:
- Shipping within the Greater Montreal Area: $10 per address.
- Shipping within the rest of Quebec: $15 per address.
- Shipping within the rest of Canada: $25 per address.
This policy is designed to ensure fair treatment for all our customers while providing high-quality service.
2. Order Processing
- All orders are processed in the order they are received.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
- A tracking number from the carrier will allow you to track the status of your order.
3. Delivery Areas
- We deliver to valid Canadian and U.S. addresses.
4. Limitation of Liability in Case of Stolen Packages
- Signé Local is not responsible for stolen packages if the carrier confirms delivery.
- We recommend selecting a secure delivery address or providing special instructions in the comment section when placing your order to avoid such issues.
5. Unclaimed, Refused, or Incorrect Address Packages
- If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed, refused, or due to an incorrect address, we will refund the merchandise minus the fees charged by the carrier and administrative costs.
- You may also opt to pay the delivery fees again to have your order reshipped.
6. Inventory Errors
- In the event of an inventory error, if we no longer have the item you ordered, we reserve the right to issue a refund directly to the customer or cancel the order to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
7. Price Display Errors
- In the event of a price error on the online store, we reserve the right to cancel the order, refund the product, or refrain from processing the order if the product price is incorrect.
