Primarily a private home chef/event catering service founded by chef Maxime Lizotte, Wigwam is also a line of fine local Quebec products divided into two collections: The Origine Boréale collection is a line of fine products highlighting the wild terroir of Quebec in all its splendour. The seasonal range features the best local ingredients that can be found during the harvest season, in tasty creations such as hot sauces, preserved fruits and other condiments.
