Anicet honeys

An exclusive product from the Hautes-Laurentides territory, our honey is harvested with the greatest respect in our apiaries scattered throughout the Ferme-Neuve countryside, a forest region which has preserved a diversity of wild flowers almost unique in Quebec. We sell between five and seven varieties of honey, each offering a world of flavors. The spring vintage, rich in dandelion pollen, is butterier. The linden one is soft, fresh and slightly minty while the buckwheat one is more robust and reminiscent of a trip to the stable. In all cases, the recipe is simple: avoid human manipulation and leave the honey in its pure state.
