I finished my studies at the École de joaillerie de Montréal in 2000, of which I am currently president. After working with renowned jewellers, I founded my own company a few years later; I then set up my studio in Montreal, then in the Laurentians. In 2009, I was invited to revive the boutique and workshop of the late jeweler Gilbert Rhême, located in Lachute. Passed away a year earlier, this internationally renowned jeweler, who had been one of my teachers at the École de joaillerie de Montréal, left behind an inspiring place and an established clientele.
Then, in 2011, I established my workshop and my jewelry store of Quebec creations in Rosemère, which then allowed me to realize a dream that I had cherished since my graduation from the École de joaillerie de Montréal, namely to give a showcase jewelry from Quebec designers and to offer, on site, my services as an artisan jeweler: custom creation, remodeling and repair.
In my unique place of creation and dissemination in Quebec, I also present the work of 20 Quebec jewelers.
For 10 years, I have shared my space with my spouse Mylène Blanchet who, in addition to assisting me in my shop, is the owner of the arts and crafts shop, us • you • they, in which more than 70 professional artisans are represented. Thus, we offer our customers a place of creation and distribution unique in Quebec.
