Founded in 2004 in Montreal, Barista Microtorréfacteur is part of the fourth wave of coffee in Quebec. Its story begins with a long-standing friendship between the two co-founders, Alex Sereno and Enrico Serena. Passionate and great lovers of coffee, they embark on the adventure with strengths that complement each other perfectly. Enrico is the craftsman, while Alex is the communicator! Their team also joins Laurent Cugno whose talent for business development and management is well established. Through the years, successes, challenges and trials, together, they win the challenge of offering a high quality product - Slow Roast coffee, inspired by Italian tradition - for true espresso lovers .
