In addition to an online transactional platform , Signé Local has a distribution center in La Prairie as well as four stores across the province, at the Eaton Center in Montreal, in Quartier Dix30 in Brossard, at Promenades St-Bruno and at Galeries from the Capital to Quebec. The range of products is wide and makes it possible to attract in store and on the web platform a vast clientele sensitive to the importance of buying local. Dawei Ding – Chief Executive Officer
Dawei is a lawyer-entrepreneur who has practiced business law, more specifically corporate financing and mergers and acquisitions, for more than five years with two large firms, Fasken Martineau DuMoulin and BCF. As a lawyer, Dawei has advised and represented many clients across a variety of industries.
Holder of a master's degree and a bachelor's degree in law from the University of Montreal as well as a bachelor's degree in economics from McGill University, Dawei began his professional career as a competitive player of world-class video games, and later owner of an electronic sports team. Dawei was also co-manager of his family business for many years, which is in the transportation business and is based in the United States. In this capacity, he held various positions, particularly with regard to human resources management.
Through his immigrant journey, Dawei has forged the habit of thinking outside the box, consuming challenges, starting and starting again. Hailing from Beijing, Dawei is proud to call Quebec his new home. Today, he will put his leadership and professional expertise to good use at Signé Local.
Charles Lespérance – Partner

Charles will use his experience in growth management and in his strategic decisions. It will also allow Signé Local to open up new markets thanks to its rich network of contacts.
Louis Lespérance – Partner
Through his management company, which employs about ten people, Louis owns and manages several companies in a wide variety of sectors. It hires specialized talent, then assigns them to its portfolio companies. These include a brand in the fashion sector, which designs, manufactures and distributes (B2B and B2C) clothing, shoes, glasses, accessories, etc.
He is also president of two prestigious properties that he offers on the short-term rental market, both for families and friends and for weddings, corporate retreats, events and for movies and TV series. He works in parallel on many other projects in the real estate and retail sectors.
Louis holds a law degree from the University of Montreal. He practiced business law, more specifically in the area of emerging technologies law, at Fasken. As a lawyer, Louis has advised and represented high growth companies, advising them in their round of financing with venture capital and growth investors. Louis is now counsel for Fasken. He works sporadically on certain files.
His contribution to Signé Local is his knowledge of internal management processes (inventory software, finance), procurement, supply chains, marketing and financing. He will also put his team to work, which will allow Signé Local to obtain specialized assistance according to its needs.
